Drivers and delivery personnel cannot use the Carter app without allowing location data collection from their devices as their intended usage of Carter App is reliant on it.
Communication data: We collect data related to phone, text, or in-app communications between users facilitated through the Carter app and via our Customer Support channels. This includes the date and time, as well as the content of text, in-app messages, or emails.
